This morning was my scheduled physical with Dr Shannon Berry. As always, everything in the office was immaculately clean. Grace greeted me with a smile, then took my vitals. Doctor Berry was prompt, friendly as always , completed my exam and allowed time to answer my questions. When checking out, Eileen asked about my day, printed out my lab request sheet, along with a ppr showing the date for my next appointment. I actually look forward to my next doctor’s visit!

Takes time with each patient. Always works on behalf of the patient if out resources are need. Great office staff and they respond to messages and phone calls in a timely fashion. Probably most important she is very knowable and can answer anything that is asked of her even if it requires research on her part.

Rarely have I come across a practice with such concern for caring service and professional excellence. Dr. Berry is a kind, attentive, well-informed and prepared professional in whom I have absolute confidence. I listen to her because she really takes time to listen to my concerns. On a couple of occasions she has been available when emergent situations have arisen. Her office staff is also very courteous and efficient. Visiting Dr. Berry's office is always a good experience. Thank you all
