Dr. Shania Flagg is a very professional and conscientious expert in her field of Family Medicine. She is both very knowledgeable and personable making it easy for me to ask her many questions about my symptoms and health; and receiving good and accurate answers to my medical concerns. And her warm and friendly bright smile was an added plus to putting my fears at ease. I am grateful to have received her medical services. Dr. Flagg also instructed a nurse to make a follow-up call to see how my progress was going, twice, (inbetween my follow-up visits); this meant a great deal, to me. This showed me how much she care about her patients. She's a true credit to the Health Care profession and community.

Dr. Flagg is professional and knowledgeable and actually listens to me as the patient. She interacts with a team approach to be sure information sharing occurs to enable her to provide appropriate care. I always feel like she truly cares about me and that I am not just another number.

Because my husband, who is a stroke victim refused a home inspection she dismissed him from her practice. In 7 months she ordered blood one time. 6 weeks AFTER the blood draw she called in a prescription for him and here we are 5 months later with no follow up. Her main concern was his dry feet. She also accused my husband of being rude to her staff. That's funny because he had VERY LITTLE interaction with her staff. I was the one who got angry. Anyone would if they were on hold for 30 minutes.
