Professional, knowledgeable, and skilled surgeon. After multiple visits to another practice and the inability to get them to answer my calls or schedule me for surgery, I contacted Kendall Eye Institute. Dr. Reich and her staff, especially the surgery coordinator Marbel, provide excellent, respectful, and pleasant service. Dr. Reich assessed my condition and scheduled me for surgery on my first visit; I had cataract surgery on both eyes within a month with excellent results. I contacted the office on multiple occasions with questions and was able to talk to the coordinator every time. Excellent service all around.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Reich for the incredible transformation he brought to my mother's life through her eye surgery. Dr. Reich performed cataract removal on both her eyes, dramatically improving her eyesight to the point that it feels like she's seeing the world clearly for the first time. Dr. Reich is perhaps the best ophthalmologist in the Miami area. She is competent, no nonsense, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She performed two LPIs without issue. Office wait times are the most reasonable I’ve encountered. I wait an average of an hour at my primary, as well as the pediatrician. However, average wait times at her office is about 25 minutes, if that. her staff is pleasant, accommodating, polite, and courteous. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a doctor in over 30 years. She’s the best.

Dr. Reich is a professional in the ophthalmology field that make the patient feel relieve that you give your trust in the care of your eyes and control of your glaucoma.

I have been seeing Dr. Reich for my glaucoma for several years and I have never had an issue with her or her staff. They are always courteous, professional, and explain procedures or test they are performing. Dr. Reich always ask is there anything new or concerning since the your previous visit. Appointments are easy to make or reschedule. They text you when you make an appointment, with a reminder and confirmation a few days before the appointment, and with a final reminder the morning of your appointment. Even tough the waiting room can get packed (there are several doctors in the same office), they are very good at keeping your appointment time. I think the most I’ve had to wait was 10 minutes beyond my appointment time before I was called in.

Dr. Reich is professional and answers all your questions and concerns with a detailed explanation. Surgery and follow up went well. I highly recommend Dr. Reich.

I’ve seen Dr Reich a few times including to do a procedure on my eyes. She immediately put me at ease and was patient answering all of my questions. Dr Reich never hurries you so you feel you are important to her. I would definitely recommend her without any hesitation.
