they shorted me a refill. Left msg for OM. Talk to her & she stated basically the same. I explained how is it possible you dont even allow pts to make appts, get refills or anything with a balance but you let me see the doctor last year. I know 1000 percent I paid. Because this has always been the rule & that whoever was there that day took my payment if i paid cash and didnt post it. I went over my payment history with them for the past 4 years and i was always 'quoted' and marked paid. SO... why would I have not paid last time and how did i get back to get labs & see doctor if I didnt pay what I was quoted. Long story short administrator agreed with staff that i am responsible to pay balance & they would not allow me 1 refill. 150 which was an office staff issue was worth losing a long term pt who has ALWAYS PAID i guess. Just insane to me how Im treated unfairly like this when i have always followed their payment policy. They even gave me an appt for this year on my last visit!

I love Dr.S. Sims, he has been my doctor for YEARS, even through my pregnancy. I hate to find another doctor, but they are not allowing any visitors , which is understandable because of COVID19. Where the problem comes in at is when you really need an appointment, but have a 3 month old and their not allowed. Everyone does not have babysitters to leave their sweet kid with. I do not think that the decision was made looking at everything overall; It should be looked at again and revised!

Dr. Sims is absolutely amazing! I started seeing him around the third or fourth month of my first pregnancy because my previous doctor made me extremely uncomfortable. My first visit with Dr. Sims, I received my first sonogram, answers to all of my questions before I asked and if I had more questions later, I could call his office and speak to a nurse without being chastised as I was with my previous doctor and nurse. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to experience delivery with Dr. Sims (lol), he was still caring and attentive about my concerns afterwards. I recommend him to all of my family and friends and wish to have him deliver my babies as long as my body will produce. Truly an amazing doctor.

Dr. Simms is an amazing Physician he delivered both of my children. My second pregnancy was really rough and he was very caring and supportive. 4 years ago I moved the Texas and believe it or not when I am in MS visiting family I also schedule my annual with Dr. Simms.

Dr. Sims is the best OBGYN in the state of Mississippi!!! You will not be disappointed it you become one of his patients. He is very caring and he doesn't treat his patients like a number.

Dr.Sims saved my life. His staff is amazing and very professional as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an OBYGN physician...

Dr. Sims delivered my daughter almost 5 years ago and even to this day, I can't stop bragging about how great he was.We started seeing Dr. Sims when I was around 4 months pregnant because my previous doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. I was able to get an appointment right away and my husband and I absolutely loved him at from our first visit. We're actually pregnant with our second child, and am so happy to be moving back to Mississippi so we can have Dr. Sims as our doctor again.
