Dr. Shane Sheahan, MD

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sheahan for my 90-year-old mother for October 30th several months ago. (Since then, the office has rescheduled this appointment due to the doctor being unwell!). We get many texts to confirm the appointment, and then the Dr. gets sick on the day of the appointment!The same thing happened yesterday morning (December 4th)! The doctor is unwell again; therefore, the appointment is canceled! If he's sick, why did they confirm the appointment yesterday and early this morning? They suddenly canceled three hours before the appointment. When we contacted, they responded, 'How about another doctor tomorrow?' Either the clinic is very disorganized, the staff is performing favors for other patients, or the doctor does not know how to conduct his business!How could the office or the doctor treat a new 90-year-old patient in this manner? The specialist at UCI referred him to us. This is completely unprofessional and insensitive.NOT GOOD.

All the automation you have is great. The provider was great. The provider is the best provider I've ever had. Also, the lab, I had to wait for the lab and gave me updates of what number I was in the line. That was great. Everything has been very good so far.

I just switched over to UCI and Dr. Sheahan as my primary. I am totally impressed with the staff, the facility, and with Dr. Sheahan. Prior to this I was with St Jude Providence. I am very happy with the choice of switching to Dr. Sheahan; I wish I had made this change a long time ago!

Dr. Sheahan is warm and affable and seems to be prepared and knowledgeable about my medical issues and needs. I feel like he did a great job of outlining what I need to do next and left me feeling hopeful about my future. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Sheahan is very kind and compassionate. I am a very complicated patient health wise, and he totally read all my information and discussed it well. I am glad that I pickedd Dr. Sheahan for my new PCP - I know he is also internal medicine so I will consult him on that next.

Dr. Sheahan is very personable, listens to you, and is dedicated to helping his patients to be healthy. He is very respectful and knowledgeable, you can tell he is very passionate about his profession. The staff at the clinic are very sweet and helpful. The front desk staff are nice, but can be more customer service oriented.

I have only just begun seeing my care team at this facility, but I am incredibly relieved and delighted with the respect, thoughtfulness, and quickness of response and appointments from my doctor and all of the staff!

I don't remember if I got a reminder. There is no way to go on to the next question if you don't want to answer the question. Dr Sheahan is a great doctor. He answers all my questions.
