Magnificent... She know what she is doing, she is a caring mom and an excellent professional in her field. She has seen all my 3 kids since birth and I am sad she is leaving IIP but I will follow her if I can. She is a total gem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What a great doctor and office. I call and they answer all my questions in a timely manner. I can always count on getting any urgent or sick visits on the same day. Dr. Zwick takes her time and explains things in great detail. My girls love her!

All three of my children have seen Dr. Zwick since they were born. They are relatively healthy--one child has ADHD and we have been very pleased to work with Dr. Zwick and her staff to get that all sorted out. As long as you share what is going on and advocate for your children (which you should do anyway with any doctor) you will have a great experience.

My daughter has been a patient here for 13 1/2 years, literally since birth. Never have we had any billing or appointment issues. I had a billing issue earlier this year, questioned the bill, ended up paying it anyway. I called today to be told they sent it to collections and dropped my daughter as a patient.and was told "should have paid your bills!" Excuse me???? I paid my bill to you!!!! Not a collection company. I provided proof of date and time from my bank account of it being paid

I didn't rate her office high and staff because here staff cost me $1500. They dropped the ball on my son's prescription and did not apologize or try and make up for it. The final straw was when I said we were leaving they charged me $20 a piece for both of my kids records. So not only did they cost me $1500 because of their blunder but her office had the audacity to charge me for my records.
