Dr. Shalini Nagirimadugu, MD

This doctor’s bedside manner desperately needs improving in terms of compassion, less arrogance and more focus on listening to a patient. I feel that she was dismissive, had no empathy and Told me in a harsh tone of voice, I need a person with me to understand as though I am an idiot even though I am retired from the medical field. She is a poor representative for Beaumont’s stellar reputation in the field of medicine. I received terrible customer service from this doctor. I wish my doctors on Beaumont’s staff had been contacted during my hospitalization. .

My experience with Dr. Nagorimadugu has been extremely positive during my stay in the hospital. She has been extremely kind and caring and is addressing all of my medical challenges which are many with competency. She has been great in connecting with my other specialists. I highly recommend her,

I have been dealing with various doctors for years with my dad’s health problem, and have never had a contentious situation. I asked Dr. Nagirimadugu for an update on what she promised to do for my father the previous day, and not only did she say she didn’t owe me that update, she blamed my father for being in his current health situation. Shame on you, Dr. Nagirimadugu, when you need a doctor’s help someday, I wish you a better doctor than you were to my father. If I ever come across her at Royal Oak Beaumont Corewell Health again, I will request a different doctor.

She was the worst doctor I have had to deed with. I wouldn’t refer anyone to her.
