excellent visit, first time walk-in same day visit, very professional, staff. did not feel like a number, but a patient my concerns matters. I am so impress with the whole visit.

Dr. Shakeela Tawaab is an excellent ob/gyn, who truly cares about her patients! Her assistants, Jaylene and Azmath, are very welcoming and efficient. I recommend this office to anyone in need of a ob/gyn.

Minus 10 is my review. I needed to see this doctor for a specific reason but she wanted to do a Pap Smear first since it was covered under my insurance and I had to wait for the results to be able to see her again. The day she took my Pap smear she was in a rush since she was busy with the maintenance person, other patients and checking everything that the front desk team was doing. Next appointment she literally saw me for less that a minute and I had to follow her to the front desk to finish all my questions. She didn’t have the time to talk to me and explore options and listen to my concerns. This doctor is so busy running her business that she won’t have time for you. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. In summary I ended up with a procedure at the Fish Memorial Hospital cancelled the night before because this doctor failed to send the pre approval paperwork to my insurance. The hospital called her several times , even my insurance agreed to speed up the paperwork if she would send the authorization needed but she just did not do it. She and her staff are unprofessional and rude individuals to say the least. My perception is that this doctor doesn’t trust anyone so she has to micro manage personal, front desk, receptionist and does not CARE about helping patients Please save yourself a headache and don’t go to this office. I am still in pain waiting for a procedure that this doctor didn’t have 5 minutes of her time to call or email my insurance.

Since I am a 65 yo woman I have a lot of Experience with these appointments over the years! The men were the worst, this last appointment at this office reminded me of their inability to emphasize with someone in our “position”! I actually hurt for three days after this appointment! I have a very high tolerance to pain, so I don’t need to say any more!

Very competent, caring, knowledgeable about treatments needed. She was recommended and I was ecstatic today about finding a doctor that knew what she was doing and what a woman needed and was feeling with her condition. And her staff were wonderful also, so very nice.

I was a bit hesitant to go to Dr.Tawwab because of the reviews I have read, but I had a great all around experience. The staff was very friendly and promptly scheduled me in and the Dr was warm, kind and sensitive to my concerns and questions. I strongly recommend this Dr to anyone.

They don’t care about their patients... I had asked about my PAP smear results and they didn’t even have it 7 weeks later and the staff didn’t even care. Disappointed and nobody has returned my calls. My PCP needed those results and they won’t answer my calls to have it faxed over. I honestly feel like they are the most careless doctors office I’ve ever been to. Who knows if those results are normal, they wouldn’t care either way.

If I could give her no stars, I would. Her and her staff are a bunch of incompetent and rude individuals to say the least. My poor mother has been waiting an entire month for them to fax a referral for two procedures one of which she needs to have done ASAP and they have yet to do their jobs. The staff and doctor herself forget about patients (if turning off the lights doesn't say you have been forgotten then I don't know what does), my mother has been in the waiting room (already paid her copay) and has received a call about how she missed her appt, She has asked for a receipt for proof of copay and they ignore her or catch an attitude. The list of ridiculous things this office puts their patient's through is endless. Waiting a month for the front desk to fax a referral is NOT an oversight it is pure LAZINESS! If you don't want to do your job there are millions of others that will! It is not that hard to do your job correctly, this doctor & her staff should not be in the medical field

Great new office!!

They moved to a new office in Deltona. New location is still as convenient as the old location.

I recommend her if you are looking for someone who has tons of experience and knows what they are doing! there is no several different exams before a diagnosis.

Very friends doctor and staff. Dr tawwab has lots of experience and I trust her diagnoses and treatment plans.

she is good doctor. i go to both locations depending on my kids schedules.

I barely go to her. Not because she is not a good doc, but rather because she is a good one!. Love that she will review results over the phone. I know some doctors will make you come schedule an appt and pay a copay in order to discuss with you that your results are normal-how annoying. Glad she doesnt do that!

Likelihood of recommending Dr. Tawwab to family and friends? --- Already have recommended!!

For me I can say I have not had any issues with her or any of her staff. I think we are as waiting time is not as bad as any other doctor. I really like her.?

The wait time is long and the time with the doctor is short. If you want a doctor that will spend time and address your concerns look elsewhere. She is quick to prescribe medicine but short on explaining why you need it! Definitely looking for another provider.
