I saw Dr. Kazi in 2019 for a colonoscopy. My experience was top-notch. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'd highly recommend him.

Very unorganized and unprofessional! I would die under their care if it was life threatening! Let me start out by explaining I used to work for corporate office of Cigna healthcare, in the pharmacy dept. and therefore know the “behind the scenes” process and have been treated beyond horribly. I was diagnosed with Hep C. March 2020 it’s now December 2020, and after 3 prior authorizations because the office fails to submit/gather info in an orderly fashion I am just now getting my medication approved to cure this disease that I could spread to my significant other. But it doesn’t end there! Now that it’s approved they need my records of previous vaccines, which I have given to them multiple times. Additionally, while waiting, I asked to just send the prescription in without insurance, twice. The first time he denied me and the second, they said okay fine, but never sent it! I will never be seen by this dr or his office again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, hell waste your life!

I've had 5 colonoscopy's over about 12 years from Dr. Kazi. Each one was a professional and efficient process. I have a familial predisposition for colon cancer. I have full confidence in Dr. Kazi's medical skills.

Horrible. Firstly, the office waited 5 days to tell me I had a c diff. infection. And when they did call, they had a secretary call at 5pm on a Friday after all the drs had left the office, so I couldn’t get any questions answered about it. Then, the office screens your phone calls. They will see you’ve called a few times and start screening your calls and sending them to voicemail and never call back- even though you’re calling about whether to go to the emergency department for GI bleeding. Finally, on another occasion I was scheduled for a colonoscopy by Dr. Kazi, did the horrible prep all night and arrived only to be told by the hospital there “must have been a mix up” and I “wasn’t scheduled for a colonoscopy with anesthesia”. Over the 2 years of seeing this clown, I was put through extensive testing (all to make more money for himself of course) with horrible preps, only to never get a definitive reason for my problems, or any kind of treatment. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Dr Kazi and his staff have been very good to me. I was experiencing severe pains in my stomach and his staff did what they could to get me in right away. Dr. Kazi is very knowledgeable and helpful and would recommend him to anyone experiencing GI problems.

Dr Kazi is an amazing and dedicated doctor who really cares about his patients. I have been going to Dr Kazi for years and trust him with my healthcare. I highly recommend him. There are many doctors to choose from so save yourself the trouble of looking for a doctor and see Dr Kazi. Cindy the billing manager and staff are also excellent to work with. I appreciate how great the entire team is to work with.

Dr. Kazi's office staff lost my tests and made me jump through unfathomable hoops to get treated. I visited the Osborn location and the office staff was unbelievably unprofessional. I had to call dozens of times for every step in the process. I was promised a call back at different points in my interactions with them on 4 occasions. I received precisely ONE call back, from the actual PA himself. My month-long nightmare with this office had me trekking clear across the valley at least three times. I was urged to take a breath test home by Cindy, one of their receptionists. She was supposed to call me back to come pick it up but she never did. At one point, after I returned it and never heard back, I learned that Cindy had lost my breath test, I had to drive to the office to find out what was happening because she was deliberately ignoring my calls and refusing to call me back to avoid accountability. Similar experience after the PA finally prescribed the antibiotic. Avoid this place.

Office visit was rescheduled because the dr. Had a conflict. On the day of procedure, I waited in lobby over 2 hours past my appt b/c according to the nurse he was running behind and triple booked appointments. I was wheeled into the OR and waited another 30 mins with the nurse telling me we would get started once the dr arrived. Very poor service in my opinion.
