Not About The Patient...
First, I am a large man and the waiting room chairs are small. I have complained of severe backpain only to be given a prescription for something that interacts with my heart medicine they also prescribed. Instead of listening to me they gave me a higher dosage of the same medicine. I am diabetic and they found an affordable semaglutide medication, which I had to pay off of my health insurance $165.00 per month. After several months, they cut me off and also told me if I wanted to continue to take it, I could pay more and get the same medication at their location for more money. In my opinion, they only care about money, not the people. They also have very long wait times, so be prepared to miss several hours of work.

Belittled and not listened to This guy smarted off on the wrong foot telling me I should calm down... sorry? Then that I shouldn't speak with my sister or laugh Answered none of my questions. In fact he left before I could ask him my final questions. I told him I DID NOT feel any better and he left the room any way. Nursing staff hurried back in to ask me to fill out a survey and couldn't hardly answer any of my questions.

The office staff is (a) very very rude, disrespectful and doesn't know what they're doing (b) doesn't have respect for the patient or their well being and (c) often changing but the new hire is no better.guess it goes back to the training by the office manager and low level of customer service that is expected of them. It's the office staff that is the first line of interaction and speaks of what to expect from the office and the doctor. In this case, 'WE DON'T CARE' is their message to you :(

Do not go to this doctor. They are super unorganized and will not bill your insurance carrier. This office does not know what they are doing.

I do not recommend him to any one. His office is so unorganized and do not have respect and loyalty for patient. It is just wast time to schedule an appointment because they will loose all your information. Even they can not find the appointment time. Also there is not any confirmation call back.
