I have been seeing Dr. Ali for the past 10 years. I also see her NPs from time to time. This place has changed my life for Good. I did TMS treatment and it helped me taper off a lot of medications I was taking. The staff is very friendly and they are very flexible with their schedule. Highly Recommend Allen Psychiatry.

You will rarely see Dr Ali, just one of her ever growing nurse practitioners. Never the same one either, always a new face going off the last persons notes. They never go over the side effects of the drugs prescribed, and I timed one of my last virtual visits and it only lasted 4 minutes.

She is up to date on the very latest treatment and medication options. Never will you feel dismissed , rushed , or condescended to with this incredible doc. Highly skilled , intelligent , compassionate physician.

Leave yourself plenty of time to refill a prescription. Between the doctor, the insurance and the pharmacy, it may take days to get your medications refilled rather than hours. Rather than sending an Rx for each med you need between appointments, you have to contact the doctor if it’s a controlled substance. They don’t plan ahead. They see so many patients that personal care is the least of their concerns.

I received TMS treatments by Dr. Ali and her staff. They were so wonderful to me. I'm so thankful for their kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely love Dr. Ali! She is passionate, intelligent and highly skilled. I cannot even begin to explain all that she's done to help me not only manage my condition, but overall well-being. There are times when she has responded to me during off hours and spent well over my allotted time to ensure I left in good spirits. She's even advocated for me over medical services I am entitled to but did not know how to go about receiving them. No idea where I'd be w/o her - hope never to find out.

I commend their office for always making sure I am using my medicines as prescribed. I had problems with prescription drug abuse for a long time and everyone else only talked to me for 1 minute and handed over a script to me. Dr. Ali held me accountable for my sobriety. She cared enough to listen to me and helped me identify my dependence on xanax. She is the first doctor who actually helped me reduce the total number of meds I was taking. I wish more doctors were responsible like her.

Absolutely awful experience. I am 100% sure the majority of these reviews are fake . She is VERY combative - imsulting and basically treats you like crap if you do not agree with her.

I cannot thank Dr. Ali enough for help, kindness and patience. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and always takes the time to address all of your concerns.
