Wish They'd Figure Out Insurance
I really like Dr. Javeed and her staff but since nobody can confirm whether or not they are in network with my insurance I can't continue going to her. Really stinks that they won't help when she just prescribed new medications, labs, and X-rays for me and now I have to start all over again.

Dr. Shahina Javeed is wonderful
She is helping me fix my health concerns fixed. Always takes time to make sure all my concerns are taken care of. She always calls me back, if I reach out to her on weekends and really cares about me. Her staff is outstanding as well!

i needed an antibiotic for a cold and my employer required proof that i was taking an antibiotic in order to return to work. dr javeed would NOT give me anything for my cold! she told me that antibiotics "do not WORK" and she also told me that "no one told me that i needed to prove i was on an antibiotic" to get back into work. this doctor is out of touch with standard care protocols and lacks respect for her patients.

I love going to Dr Javeed. She cares for myself (many years) and for a few years, my husband and my grandma (a couple of years since she moved out by me). She has always gone above and beyond to care for us and even stayed late for my husband to get checked because he didn’t want to go to the ER. Her staff is absolutely the best and we love them like they were all family. Dr Javeed and her entire staff always treat us like family too.

Javeed denied my mother's request for diagnostic testing until it was too late and she "suddenly" had final stage multiple myeloma and died within 3 months. Negligent and incompetent. Didn't even visit my mother when she was in hospital for nearly 3 weeks.

Would NEVER recommend this Dr to anyone, not even a stray dog. She does not listen to concerns/issues that I. am concerned about. Her medical skills are dubious at best! Her practice is reckless and incompetent. My recommendation: find another doctor asap!

Dr. Javeed is consistently late for appointments-- not 15-20 minutes late, 1 hour to 1.5 hours late. I have waited as long as 3 hours past appointments on two separate occasions with little apology from the doctor and only after I called her out on it. In three visits I spent a total of 8 hours waiting and one one occasion actually walked out. The way she speaks to her staff is extremely lacking in professionalism also-- yelling out the door and calling to them instead of walking out of the exam

I do not even want to rate her as I feel she is undeserving of any star. She is considerably lacking in caring for her patients. If I had continued to patronize her office I would have been dead. Luckily I found another doctor who did the tests needed to find out the problems I had including cancer, bone fractures and failing kidneys. Anyone who goes to this doctor takes their lives in their hands.

My 1st and last appointment for a full physical amounted to a nurse taking vitals and doctor listening to my heart. My sister who liked this doctor was told repeatedly for quite some time there was no need for testing or referrals. As early as a week prior to my sister having to go to the emergency room she was told this, and as I write this she is in a battle of her life and has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I advise anyone to stay clear from this doctor.

Dr Javeed is very friendly and caring doctor, that will even take time to visit you in any hospital and follow your progress there. Her office will schedule you right away for any problem you may have and also quick to help you out with any medication problems. She covers for her brother H Javeed and he the same. Between them both you will have complete coverage at all time.
