Awful staff
Dr. Ali is a wonderful caring compassionate physician. The staff that does the checking in and out of his office along with his medical assistant are also wonderful. BUT….. his practice manager(his wife) and Luke Weber his coding, billing and records manager(his wife’s brother) are the most unprofessional people I’ve come across in ANY physicians office ever. I believe that his wife Bethany who admitted to “medical billing not being my forte” and her brother Luke that actually resides in Iowa as a power lifter/ sports coach knows not one thing about how to run a medical practice, much less billing and coding management. It’s very very unfortunate. Again Dr. Ali is wonderful, but having his family members working for him and not fully understanding what it means to run a successful practice is a shame. I will be leaving this medical office a long with my other family members. Poor Dr. Ali will also be loosing several other of his long time patients due to this.

I am not a fan of this practice. They are over full and support staff rude, incompetent and lack compassion. Cant get appointments when needed the most and if you complain about anything at this office you will receive a notice that you are cancelled. Pick a different practice, hard to find in the area but there are better practices than this one.

Dr Ali and staff very professional. Conservative in approach and treatment. I have been a patient for several years and trust his judgment on everything.

As a new patient could not see the doctor for three months so saw assistant. This woman obviously does not like her job or patients. Comes across as rude and uncaring. No follow up. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Ali actually spends time with you and listens to you. I do agree that getting in to see him is difficult and he schedules several months out unless he is following up on treatment. I find no fault with his staff, tho.

Would not wish this "Doctor" upon my worst enemy. this place is unprofessional, late, the doctor does not even ask any questions about your lifestyle. Furthermore I have a bill that is about to go to collections because they only accept payments over the phone and never call back.

I am a new patient of Dr. Ali's and am the most impressed with him than of any doctor I have ever been to...and I am 62 years old! He comes across warm, genuine and extremely knowledgeable about any medical subject. He is, sad-to-say, a "dying breed" of doctors. He truly cares and makes that clear by his empathetic manner and attentiveness. Because of his qualities, he is booked heavily, so be prepared to wait a while for his next available appointment; however, that wait will be well worth it!

Dr. Ali is a great doctor, but his staff is his Achilles heel; they do not answer the phone. It goes to voice mail almost every time I called. I sincerely got fed up with that. Also, he is booked way ahead in advance, and I end up mostly every time seeing a nurse practitioner instead. Also, the staff could get disorganized and misplace or lose medical records or do not carry out with mailing requests. Still Dr. Ali is a great doctor, but his admin. staff is not

You can't get into him for a follow up for 1-2 months. If you change your appointment (weeks out) you wait 1-2 months MORE to see him. You can't get your lab results without an appointment with SOMEONE else. Staff is unprofessional and for kickers dress as such. Staff plays on their phones, wear sandals, tank tops, bra straps hanging out, chat with each other in background and while on phone with patients....the list goes on.
