Dr. Shagufta Naqvi, MD

She is a very good Oncologist but her staff ran me off. Three of them were rude and disrespectful. I didn't get a chance to report them to the Doctor. I had to leave. I am 62 years old and I will not be talked to or dis respected.

I have been seeing Dr. Naqvi for 10+ years for results of twice yearly blood checks, post breast cancer. I find her to be caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her - for me the service has been seamless.

Dr. Naqvi has been my oncologist since 2011 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has always provided the BEST care. I trust her knowledge and expertise. She is on top of every new treatment and test available. Dr. Naqvi provides honest answers in a very caring way. I travel from out of state to see this wonderful doctor. I know I am getting the best care possible.

Dr Naqvi is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen and explain thoroughly. When you leave the clinic you feel reassured that you are in great hands.

Dr Naqvi is an amazing doctor she actually took four hours with me and five of my family members to explain the type of cancer and the treatment that I would have to go thru , I had to do 60 rounds of chemo she was there with me every step of the way didn’t matter if it was day or night she was always there for me it’s amazing to find a Doctor Who is personal she also found me a place to stay because I was from La. and found drug companies to help with paying for some of my chemo, since I have completed my chemo I tried to help other cancer patients and give them some of the information that I have received . I have so much respect for Dr Naqvi I called on a Thursday and they asked me if I could go in that afternoon I was unable to but was able to come in the next day and she asked me if I could stay for a week so I can get all the testing done that I need to be done I had so much respect for her Because In 10 days I was able to have my first treatment after seeing her ??????

Absolutely amazing doctor. She answered all the questions we asked and gave so much time. Nothing was rushed and she gave great suggestions as well. Never met a dr like her, she’s absolutely UNIQUE!??

Dr. Naqvi is an absolute God-send. She has an incredible bedside manner and has helped me to feel informed about my cancer treatment every step of the way. She fights for her patients, recommends other doctors that she trusts (surgeons, specialists, etc.). She truly has every patient's best interest at the forefront of her mind. I trust her implicitly!

I have been a patient of Dr Naqvi. Family history of breast cancer as well as late menopause raised concern for breast cancer. Dr Naqvi prescribed Tamoxifen. The side effects have been troubling along with the cancer risks associated. It has been recommended that I change doctors.

Dr. Naqvi will do anything to help you understand what's going on with your body during your illness. She will spend as much time with you as possible to listen to your concerns and fears. Dr. Naqvi saved my life

Absolutely the best oncologist that I was so lucky to find. She is loving, caring and compassionate but also well educated and knowledgeable in the field of cancer treatment.

Dr. Naqvi is an incredible doctor. I was diagnosed with an unusual form of cancer for my age and ethnicity, and unknown to me at the time had a 0.1% chance of survival. Dr. Naqvi worked very closely with my radiologist and breast surgeon to ceate an extremely aggressive course of treatment. Every side effect of the chemo was managed by Dr. Naqvi. Her nurses and staff are amazing and care as much about the patients as Dr. Naqvi. She saved my life. I am 4 1/2 years cancer free.

Dr. Naqvi is very knowledgeable about cancer and especially breast cancer. She is very thorough when explaining things and she does not mind answering all of your questions. Her bedside manner is very empathetic and she does her best to make patients comfortable. Her staff is great as they are very friendly. There are two offices, and both are decorated quite nicely to help offset the negative experience of having cancer.

Premier Oncology’s staff exemplify the the basic reason most people initially chose healthcare careers which is the inclination to help people. Dr Nagvi you are an angel to my niece and l’am sure to all your patients. Thank you for genuinoely caring, thank you for going the extra mile to ensure she gets care, thank you for saving her life. Dr. Naqvi is a Compassionate Oncologist who cares for her patients and answers all questions and explains in detail condition, side effects, etc. This office offers Saturday chemotherapy treatments to minimize time off from work.

The day I found out I had cancer, Dr. Naqvi sat down and explained the different types of cancer and the tests she was going to run and how the results would direct my treatment. She was always available to answer my questions and provided me with the care and medication that I needed to continue working during chemotherapy. I met her a year ago and am happy to say that I have been cancer free for four months now. I don't wish anyone to need an oncologist, but if you do - Dr. Naqvi is excellent.

Dr Naqvi is an excellent choice! She is a very caring and compassionate person as well as professional, and intelligent. Always on top of my care and up to date with the latest treatment that fits my care. I cannot express how amazing she has been in my 5 years of cancer treatment.

Dr. Naqvi is a warm and compassionate doctor who cares for the whole woman. She has been helpful to me addressing different health issues I have faced, directing me to the best help my insurance would allow.
