Dr. Doesn't care...
I have been struggling with my mental health for some time and needed to be seen by a psychiatrist. After going through all the time and aggravation giving my info to the receptionist, who may I add put me on hold 2 times and her cell phone was ringing the whole time I was giving info to. I explained how I am struggling badly and feel like I am not being helped at my current place. She then called back to tell me the Dr said for me to stay where I am and I am on the right medication for me... Ummm what just happened. Did I see the Dr through telekinesis? He is a weirdo I wish this guy could be in my shoes for one hour. He is a little troll...

Dr Rahman is the worst Dr I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He didn't even know what CPTSD was, so I had to explain it to him. He doesn't listen to his patients AT ALL. He kept insisting on treating my condition with more of the same drugs that affected me in a horrible way even after I told him about the effects they have on me MULTIPLE TIMES. Since he kept insisting anyway, I got up and left. Very rude,, condescending,, and dismissive.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MAN.

Dr. Rahman did not take my concerns seriously, even when I began having severe side effects from a new medication (including dizziness and vision blacking out). He told me multiple times that he knows what he's doing and that he went to school for this when I said that I was experiencing worsened depression because of my anti-depressant, and he increased my dosage on it. He is frequently late for appointments and spends less than fifteen minutes of the scheduled hour speaking with me about my concerns, pushing my problems aside and just renewing my prescriptions (that have made my depression worse). If I could give 0 stars I would - being treated by this man has been a uniquely frustrating and worrying experience and makes me nervous to attempt getting psychiatric help elsewhere.

Dr. Rahman displayed very unprofessional behavior. When I tried to get him back on to my concerns rather than the client before me he was insulted. He knew he had made a mistake in judgement but dismissed me instead. A very unprofessional man.

Absolutely terrible service, I am going to school for psychology and would NEVER ever recommend anyone to seek psychiatric and/or counseling services here after my experiences. Do not go here, you will regret it.

He doesn't listen. He doesn't change meds. He called me a liar when my mom called to see y he won't change my meds and told her to take me to the hospital and that he wouldn't be seeing me again. I don't see him anymore and I'm very happy about that.
