Dr. Severin Palydowycz, MD

I had a detached retina. I was informed I would develop cataracts due to the surgery that repaired the retina. I was legally blind in my right eye. I’m an avid hunter. I needed the use of my right eye to use iron sights and hunt. Dr Palydowycz was recommended by my retina team. He did a fantastic job and I am now able to see and read without glasses. He did a great job. I highly recommend him.

Do you have a minute to explain what you want to do before you send me staff for money ? Always like for a few bucks more, staff tried to push me to spend hundreds out of pocket.

I took my father to have cataract surgery with Dr Palydowycz and what a lovely experience. The doctor is so thorough and answered all of our questions. We can’t believe how amazing the results are. He is just exceptional. The surgery center was great! The office staff was just as exceptional as Dr. Palydowycz. The woman who went over the surgery instructions with us was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions that we thought of after speaking with the doctor. We are telling everyone we know to come here! You won’t be disappointed!

I brought my grandfather into Middletown Tri State Eye. He was completely blind in the left eye and had very limited vision in the right. We went to a few other offices to try and get some help but got nothing but closed doors and run arounds. He was getting to the point of giving up. A friend highly recommended Dr. Palydowycz and so I convinced my grandfather to give it one more try. When I say thatTri State Eye is not like any other practice, it is truly like night and day from other offices. The staff is so full of info and explains everything to you before you even see the doctor! We saw another doctor for the first visit and it was so much more thorough than any other place! When we saw Dr. Palydowycz he was more than willing to move forward with the cataract surgery that should have been done over 10 years ago! After his surgeries he said he was seeing colors and things he didn’t think he would ever get back! My family cannot thank Dr. Palydowycz and Tri State Eye enough!

After many many doctors appointments and evaluations I was finally able to bring my aunt to Tri state eye and it was the best decision my family and I have ever made. my aunt was blind in one eye because she had a severe cataract and no one wanted to do surgery! I was very stressed for my aunt because she’s very independent and she was unhappy. Dr. Palydowycz was the only surgeon ready and willing to help her and wow! What a miracle! My aunt on the verge of after surgery seeing so good for the first time in years! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and answered all our questions and eased our concerns. I brought my mother to Tri-State Eye in Middletown, NY She was blind in one eye and had a severe cataract and could hardly see out of her other eye. I took her to a few other Dr's in the area and none of them would do the surgery on her. Dr Palydowycz did her surgery and performed a miracle, my mother can NOW see. The staff was extremely patient and helpful to me and my mom and answered all of our questions regardless of how stupid they might have seemed. They could not have been any nicer

What good is a physician that you cannot see readily. My 12 month follow up, scheduled for July 2018, was messed up by them. So they rescheduled for ....December 2018. I would say this office is like the airlines, overbooked.

Surgery ok, but never saw surgeon afterwards.

I was scheduled for cataract surgery. I had found all the options quite confusing and the doctor seemed rushed and not overly friendly. He came highly recommended in my area. Finally, I had some questions about the eye drops and both the doctor and me decided it would be best if I went elsewhere. To his credit he recommended a great doctor!
