How to reach Dr Pransky
For the past 3 months I have left messages for Dr Pransky at Pediatric Specialties and have not heard back. My son has been a patient of Dr Pransky’s since 2008 and we think he is excellent!! We really need to see him (for sons deviated septum surgery) and can’t reach him. Please advise!!

All I have to say is that if it weren’t for doctor Pransky and his dedication to his patients my son wouldn’t have received his cochlear implant when all doctors said no this doctor made me feel like there was hope and searched for a provider that would say yes and if I would recommend him ...he’ll yes!!! ...your child would be in the best hands.

Wonderful, exceptional and refreshing ! Dr Pransky is THE ENT to go to !! If there is ever a problem , I only trust Dr Pransky . He is extremely knowledgeable, takes his time with every patient, extremely thorough . 2 of my children have had a list of ear/ nose issues growing up and he has always been there for us ! Can’t recommend him enough !!

My daughter started seeing Dr. Pranksy when she was 6 months old and she is now 18. Dr. Pransky has been extremely helpful throughout the years. He explains what is going on in an understandable way, discusses multiple options, and gives his recommendation. Additionally, he definitely cares about his patients and wants to make sure they are given a lot of time with him and informed about their options. He and his office staff are inviting and helpful.

Dr Pransky is without a doubt the best in his field. He looks deeply into your medical history and truly takes the time to listen to your specific story. His office is extremely easy to get ahold of. They once called me six times in one day. We have never waited in the lobby. He has always been generous with his time. It’s no surprise that’s he is the Chief and world renowned in his field. He found three subglottal cysts in my son. I truly believe he saved his life as his airway was obstructed.

I had some concerns about my daughters tonsils and her primary physician and dentist suggested I see an ENT specialist. After Dr. Pransky examined my daughter and asked some medical history questions he said "well I have some news you're not going to like" then he continued to say "her tonsils are just fine" He then sat down, typed on the computer and said, you can go now. What did that mean? News I wouldn't like? Did you think I came to see you for fun?? Great bedside manner????
