We’ve been with Dr. Kaplan for years. So impressed with his practice. Dr. Kaplan is never in a rush during an appointment, engages well with my kids, and always has professional and well-researched input. Wonderful staff that have been there since we started. We brought one kiddo to him after a weekend visit to children’s ER where they said my child had a rash caused eczema or bed buds and to wait several days. That didn’t seem right. We went to Dr. K on Monday and he immediately said it was not that and did a strep test. Which was positive. Never gotten bad advice with Dr. K in the 12+ years our kids have been seeing him.

My son was adopted from Russia. Dr Kaplan really helped us navigate the waters of a different language and medicine in a foreign country. At one point, we were half way around the world, he took our phone call at 5 am. Dr Kaplan is calm and patient and always gives helpful caring advice. I would highly recommend him.

My kids have seen Dr. Kaplan for 14 years. He always listens to my kids, doesn’t just dole out prescriptions, & recognizes when an issue should be treated by a specialist. My oldest is 18 & is dreading having to see an “adult doctor”!

Moving to texas, my son developed itchy rashes with some swelling in his feet and palms.Week earlier my son had couple of viral too, testing his urine and Strep throat(which came positive) , he still sent us to ER where we were put for more than 4 hrs and treated with 10ml of benadryl but billed with $4800. I still can't believe on what ground he decided to refer my son to ER while he was playing normally in front of him. Best he can do is referrals but no primary care. I have file a complaint.

Dr Kaplan has always been very personable and good with my kids (ages 3 and 6 months). He even did a checkup on my daughter's doll to make her feel more comfortable. While his office staff are not always very friendly, they are professional. Dr Kaplan always spends as much time with us as required and we never feel rushed. He answers all of our (1 million) questions with patience and professionalism.
