Incomplete diagnosis
This dermatologist diagnosed me with Keratosis Pilaris. I asked what causes this. He responded that it was an over abundance of Keratin in my system. Well duh! My general practitioner ordered bloodwork and it revealed I’m diabetic which can cause Keratosis Pilaris. Also this dermatologist told me that he had patients with much more serious conditions. As if I was wasting his time. I will NEVER go back.

Dr. Forman Sold The Practice, Worse Than Before
Forman just cashed out to a big provider, and the office has gone downhill. The fancy coffee machine is gone. The receptionist said the new owner removed it to "save costs." A new male PA checked me in. When I asked for a facial tissue--he stuck his bare hand in the gauze, and handed me some, while explaining that "they were out of facial tissue." The same PA said to me, you're a "six-monther", so you need to put on this gown. Was there not a better way to explain that a previous history of skin cancer would require a full body check? When Dr. Forman entered the room, he spent about five minutes doing a full body check. I had five moles that I was concerned about, and he answered, "that's nothing." The exam was way too rushed. When I left the room, the male PA was standing right outside the door (I could barely get out), and rushed in to clean up the room. Definitely creepy for a female patient. I just cancelled my next appointment--there are lots of fish in the sea.

HS Warrior
My son was diagnosed with severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa in September 2017 by Dr. Seth Forman. He knew exactly what was wrong with my son. Dr. Forman is very informative, and thorough about HS. Unfortunately, there is no cure for HS. We continue to be forever grateful for Dr. Seth Forman. Thank you Dr. Forman for everything you do concerning Jojo's health and well being.

I use to work in medicine and I heard numerous medical professionals and patients speak highly of Dr Forman professionalism and caring. Well time came that I needed to see a Dermatologist and I saw him. They were right. His staff is great , a lot of nice smiling people ready to help you. They made everything easy and efficent. And Dr Forman he is excellent and a nice guy. They made it so easy for me.

I was born and raised in Tampa Bay area. I was a new patient had multiple basil cells treated. Dr. Forman. He was great! He knew what treatments to use and keep scarring to a minimum. Awesome Dr. His treatment on one spot, made the scar from 10 years ago less noticeable! I will recommend him to all my family, friends and associates!

On Jan.8 I visited Dr. Forman’s new Forcare facility on Florida Ave. to have a suspicious looking lesion treated. I saw one of his practitioners who is excellent (not Forman himself). The atmosphere in this new facility is deplorable. Far too many patients scheduled at one time...I was seen one hour and 10 minutes past my Scheduled appointment time. The entire staff was so stressed out, frazzled and rushed. The nurse and the doctor herself actually entered my examining room breathless! From my perspective, the objective of this new facility is to make Dr. Forman a very wealthy man, rather than good medical practice. The only staff members seemingly holding it all together were those at the front desk. This dermatology practice needs to be scaled down to a more acceptable level. I do plan to return to finish treatment on my condition, however, following that procedure, if changes are not made, I will definitely seek another practice.

I had a problem and I thought the doctor had removed the growth completely. It turns out he only took enough for a biopsy so now I have to go back and have him remove the rest???? I called his office after I realized this and the receptionist said that was standard practice which is very odd considering the Dermatologist who treated me long before this was very insistent that any such problems be taken care of completely the first time. So I asked what's next and was told that a determination is made after the biopsy so that means another O.V. and a second sample for another biopsy after that and then another O.V. after that??? I realize Doctors deserve to get compensated for their skills and Dr. Forman's manner is very pleasant, but this is just a bit too much for me.

I absolutely love this office! I had a visit today with my entire family. Dr. Forman couldn't be more caring for my 7 year old son. Dr. Forman explains exactly what was wrong and how to take care of it. He also took the time to answer all our questions. Dr. Forman is very professional but at the same time down to earth.. I sincerely trust him with his medical knowledge and judgment. The appointment was very easy to make and with no waiting time when we arrived. The office was clean and modern.

I bring both of my children to his office. I know he is very knowledgeable and has many experience with research. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long before being seen. In every visit, Dr Forman was very thorough in discussing our situation. He asked many questions to better understand before recommending a treatment option. I feel comfortable in recommending him to friends.

inadequate exams, blows Pt. questions off - doesn't even answer except when ask what a lesion is just says "Nothing" instead of telling you what it is. He doesn't want to be bothered. Poor Patient bedside manner. Its' all money driven - how many patients he can get in to see in a day with spending the least amount of time with the patient. The only thing he does well is bill patients. Would never go back to him again.
