Trustworthy
I am a detective in the NYPD and I wanted to thank Dr. Flesher. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients get the help they need and making sure the community is safe. In a case I worked on with Dr. Flesher, he did not treat me like the enemy and was able to make it clear that psychiatric treatment was the best way to prevent future problems with the individual involved. Dr. Flesher took the time to explain to the individual, his family, me, the judge, and the district attorney why treatment and not prison time was most important for this person. I have to admit I was skeptical, but it has been over five years since this individual began receiving treatment and there have been no more incidents. We need more doctors like Dr. Flesher who will take the time and put in the effort to do what is effective.

Grateful
I am so grateful that Dr. Flesher was my son's doctor. My son can be violent when he is ill. Most doctors try to get him out of the hospital as soon as possible and never take the time to know my son. Dr. Flesher took the time to see the child I love and treated my son with the dignity and respect he deserves. He also took the time to get my son in a special program. This meant keeping my son in the hospital, even though it put Dr. Flesher in physical danger. We need more doctors like Dr. Flesher.

Fantastic Physician
Dr. Flesher is an excellent physician and probably saved my life. I had been incorrectly diagnosed and treated for over 10 years. Dr. Flesher took a thorough history and examination and correctly diagnosed me, once I started on the new treatment my life has completely changed. I am now in school and working, things I was told I would never be able to do. Thank you Dr. Flesher!!!

Dr. Seth Flesher is the psychiatrist of choice; a master of his trade. With other psychiatrists, I’ve always had to explain what’s going on with my (young adult) son. So I had my list ready to read to Dr. Flesher. So I was so surprised and thankful when I didn’t have to say a word; he told me everything that I was going to tell him, but in much greater, medical depth after only meeting with my son the first time, and continued to do so, thereafter. He cares deeply about the community and the needs of the whole person. I’m so immensely thankful that he was selected for my son! He is absolutely brilliant and such a good man!

Dr. Flesher is an excellent physician. He treats his patients with kindness and respect. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of psychiatry. All the nurses told me that if they had someone in their family who needed to be treated for a psychiatric illness that they would want Dr. Flesher to treat them.
