I was shocked at his behavior. I was a first time patient. He never introduced himself or called me by name. He can in and said “so what is the problem. “ I told him the things I was worried about. He looked at my toes quickly surmised I should get the nerve test. I said I hear that is very painful. He said no it isn’t. After you have the test we will meet again. Seriously that’s it! He never touched my feet again. He never checked my balance . I never even stood up for him. He turned and was going out the door. I stopped him and asked him a question. His answer was “I don’t know, you should ask your doctor.” And he walked out. So my new patient visit which is suppose to be an hour was 12 minutes. A staff member then came in and said so I hear you are getting the nerve test. I said is it painful and she said “yes I am sorry to say it but it is” I told her he said it wasn’t and she sort of smiled and said no it is painful. So he lied. I would never go back. Donna. 4/2023

Dr. Anderson has worked o my feet for years. Takes a conservative approach with me. I moved away but came back to St. Louis for my surgery. I am now 100%. Training for a 1/2 marathon. I would not be able to do this without Dr. Anderson. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like everyone listen. Thanks again for healing my feet.

I am pleased with the time and attention received from Dr. Anderson and his staff at the Arnold office. However, I was a bit surprised after paying $200 up front, that my custom orthotics I received were about 1 or 2 inches too big. The advice given when calling the office, was to trim them myself.

Dr. Seth Anderson was unable to cure my toe infection. I had several laser treatments that did make the issue better, but the cost of $60 per laser treatment was cost and time prohibitive. Dr. Anderson stated lately that the laser did not cure my toe, but he continued with the treatments over the time I was a patient until I questioned whether this was the right approach. Then he suggested an oral medication that may affect the liver. I left him and went with a more alternative approach(essential oils, salt baths, ACV and tea tree oil, sunlight and I bought a Cure-x blue laser($200) which I use daily. My personal treatments are working as my toe is getting clearer. Dr. Anderson refused to approve my flex plan to pay for the device. His letter was to the point and frankly rude. Not a chance I will return.

Dr. Anderson performed foot surgery on my daughter who had been experiencing pain for several months. Other doctors dismissed it or gave simple answers like “get orthodics” or “I think she’s faking”. Dr. Anderson took the time to read the X-rays and MRI and quickly diagnosed the problem. After surgery my daughter was back playing sports quickly and never felt better. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Anderson. He was smug and seemed irritated by my questions about my planter's warts on my foot. I asked questions, yet I still didn't get accurate (or enough information). The only option he gave was an acid treatment. It didn't work and actually made my warts WAY worse - I am still not walking right, have hip pain because of this, and am out almost $200. He didn't warn me about the pain or the unlikely success (he actually said it would probably would work)

Never met this physician who was highly recommended. I refuse to deal with a rude office staff so I have canceled my first appointment and found a different doctor.
