After struggling with postpartum depression and fearing medication was not correct, was told it was in fact not the correct diagnosis and i was just a selfish mother. I never went back.

Inaccurate charting, not up-to-date with research studies or guidelines, poor computer skills which lead to medications being sent to the wrong pharmacy and for the incorrect amount. This meant multiple back-and-forth calls to staff AND pharmacies to try and correct his errors. Med asst. forgot to weigh me. At the end of my visit I had to request to be weighed bc no one caught the error. Overall a terrible experience that not only did I have to pay for but also had to lose money because i had to take time off of work to attend this terrible appt.

When the patient comes home and weeps after the appointment, pretty sure the doctor’s not a) listening or b) doing their job correctly.
