Not Reliable
My son's doctor retired, and I transferred my son's care to Dr. Serenity Sweet. She saw my son and my son really liked her, I was hopeful this would be a great patient, doctor relationship.Unfortunately, Dr. Sweet became very unreliable, canceling the next appointment due to illness, ok understood, we re-scheduled.The re-scheduled appointment comes and again, Dr. Sweet cancels the appointment due to illness. Once again we reschedule, we take the time off work to make time for this appointment a third time and she doesn't make it to the appointment.The next day, we called to re-schedule and have yet to hear from her office. We kept giving it a try because my son really liked her but at this point, I have transferred my sons care to another doctor.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Dr. Sweet has been my doctor since last year. She is friendly, knowledgeable and no-nonsense, which is what I seek in a doctor.

A Comedy of Errors
Wrong prescription, ignored multiple online portal messages, didn’t follow through on promised follow-ups, and told me to schedule follow-up appointments when she knew she’d be gone from the practice (after her residency would be over).
