I will tell you my worst experience with this doctor office. I had paid co- pay for my visited and included previous visited. After I had seen by doctor. The staff was rude ,she asked me to pay for the previous payment for one year ago , I explained to her the insurance information was not correct, which is they never billed to my insurance company, also this was confirmed with insurance company. They insisted I should pay them for last year visit. Then I left the office because it’s very obvious they did not do the billing right. When I got to pharmacy to pick up medication. Pharmacy told me the doctor called and canceled my medication. Dr. Lee canceled my prescription and that is withholding treatment. That is a serious ethics violation. I hope medical board should look into it or investigation. That’s how a doctor treat their clients???

Worse experience ever, Dr. Lee was unprepared for my appointment, and when I asked if she received my papers she went to print them but the printer jammed and she spent 20 minutes trying to fix it…. I was so frustrated at this point and figured my appointment was pointless I decided to leave. Her response was okay BYE seriously. She didn’t even try to have the appointment. I would never recommend her to anyone ever.

Keeps weird hours, acts disinterested, her office is unwilling to fulfill even the basic requirements of a primary care physician, getting a referral is like pulling teeth. Closes early and inconsistently.
