Dr. Baqai was so courteous and friendly! I can only imagine how stressful the ER environment is, but she took the time to really listen and understand my symptoms and exhausted every option to make sure I was okay. Thank you so much! I entered the E.R. of Resurrection Medical Center under some fairly complex circumstances and Dr. Baqai was one of my attending, senior doctors. Having grown up around medicine and had extensive exposure to the field, allow me to say that I immediately felt confident that this was highly informed, completely competent professional who was 100% connected to me and my case. She was informative, communicative and compassionate throughout the experience. I am deeply grateful.
