Dr. Seokkoon Cho, MD

Dr Cho wasthe best psychiatrist I have met. He has helped tremendously with my depression and was really professional, kind and to the point. He was so helpful in finding the right medication and dosage and in explaining what my symptoms were and how we would go about dealing with it. He continuously gave me courage with encouraging words and for the first time, I felt like someone really understood what I was going through. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Cho!

He Overmedicated me with adderall and argued with me when I tried to discuss it with him. He is a horrible dr. This is why you can get an appointment with him so quickly. Stay away before he gives you a drug problem!!

I would not recommend this Dr. I know that he prescribes suboxone and other medications without requiring that the patient goes to therapy , treatment, or even meetings , for their addicition

I was a recovering addict on suboxone and he was COMPLETELY UNSYMPATHETIC and tried to shake me down for a letter to the courts saying that I was getting my prescription from him. Just a few sentences.He asked for 150 dollars and when I said “no you should be doing it for free” he said fine 50. I paid it just to get it since I had the court date coming up but I never expected such disrespect from a psychiatrist

Unwilling to complete paperwork necessary for work despite having seen multiple times. Questionable

I understand that doctors want you to comeback each month to be able to bill your insurance when they can easily give you a refill when you don't need the dosage changed, however when a patient asks for one or two extra days worth in order to hold you over until your next appointment and he refuses to do so, this shows lack of caring and disregard for the patient he is treating. I thought that was very inconsiderate and selfish of him.

I would not recommend this doctor as he was not sympathetic to my situation and did not make me feel comfortable. He was very dry. He also told me i could text him directly but gave me a dry response and incorrect information regarding drug interactions as i spoke to 3 doctors regarding them. He also replied to me that texts are for emergencies only when he himself told me to text him before i take any meds to ensure no interactions would happen.

Exellent Doctor! The word needs more with his compassion.

I have seen over a dozen psychiatrists since the age of14. I am a 46-year-old woman who suffers from PTSD, Depression and extreme anxiety. Never have I been given a medication that alleviates my symptoms even moderately. I had one visit with Dr. Cho and he prescribed medication that has made a huge difference in my life. Along with therapy, I will one day overcome the demons that plague me. Thank God for Dr. Cho.
