Fast, Thorough and Friendly!
I had a possible urgent matter and wanted to get into an appointment right away. They were able to get me in within the hour and once there, I didn’t have time to complete my paperwork before I was taken in for test and then the doctor came in to complete the exam. It was a great experience!

Without the help of Dr. Shah, my ability to see would have ended by now. I am a Diabetic, who one morning woke up to eyes full of blood and hardly able to notice any light. You have to really trust the person who is taking on the responsibility of repairing the damage inside the eye. As panicked as I was, I had total confidence. Her professionalism and candor, along with her treatment plan (no punches pulled) convinced me. Fast forward to today, I am seeing great, always look forward to my follow ups, and can never repay her

On November 10, 2021, the office manager advised me that not everyone in the office was vaccinated from COVID-19. This is irresponsible for a health care provider. I cancelled my appointment.

I was given several other options for other to continue my treatment, after Dr Shah moved offices, that were closer to me. That being said, there really wasn't any real consideration in selecting another doctor for my care. I'm overwhelmingly confident in her ability to treat my condition...but beyond that, she exudes genuine care and thoughtfulness for her patients wellbeing and a respect for colleagues and staff, which was reinforced by how she mentioned the length of Kat's service, who was assisting with my procedure and care...as well as the excitement that she was sharing with Kat about her mentor receiving honors that day. I can't see myself changing doctors, as long as Dr. Shah and the office will have me as a patient!
