Smart but treats you like an idiot
This am I supposed to know what's wrong with my child and what testing is needed before examination. The nurse indicated that she didn't need testing unless she was worse. Claims I turned down all testing which is not true.

Amazing Doctor! Listens, doesn't dismiss concerns
Took my 11yo son in as I had suspicions of him having pneumonia based on his past progressions and history of pneumonia. He listened to me, my concerns, and his history and agreed to do a chest x-ray due to his history and yes he did have pneumonia. Most urgent care doctors in the past have dismissed us at that early stage of the illness, but Dr. Eid did not which allowed us to be able to treat him early and at home instead of ending up in the hospital this time.
