Caring Physician
Dr S Phala is wonderful. He has a very comforting demeanor and listens to what you have to say. I have a lot of confidence in him. I note that others have commented on the difficulty of making an appt or lack of follow up from staff. I’ve been a patient for 4 years and have never experienced any of these issues. In my opinion this is a very good Primary Care practice.

Not timely; no return calls
Getting into this office for an appointment in a timely fashion takes an act of God. They never call back when you leave a message for the medical assistant and it's like pulling teeth now to get a prescription refilled. Changing doctor's within the next 30 days.

Great Primary Care Physician
I have had Dr. Phala for a few years now and he has helped me with all my health in general as well as helping me with all of my health issues and helping me improve my health. I am able to schedule my appointments and be seen for my checkups. The staff is friendly and helpful when I need to make my appointments and have been able to answer questions when I have them. If someone is looking for a family doctor, Dr. Phala would be a great choice.
