Flatly refused to perform any of the services I required of her. Would not attend to a serious festering wound or my ongoing pain from being hit by a car a month ago. Also refused me a pelvic exam despite my desperate need. I had to go to the ER that evening for treatment because of her negligence and inhumanity. Terrible doctor, terrible woman.

Dr. Patel is an excellent physician. She is caring, compassionate, kind, and empathic. I consider myself most fortunate to have her as my doctor while in Richmond. She is a credit to your institution.

Wonderful visit. Very thorough and comprehensive. Great bedside manner. Most comprehensive visit I've had. Very knowledgeable, listens to the patient, and is collaborative. Great choice for a primary care provider!!!
