Dr. Seema Malani, MD

I’ve never been this helpless or in this much excruciating joint pain in my life and had almost given up hope after losing complete use of my right hand and arm. I have a career I love, and the depression added on when I had to take medical leave. My pain Dr recommended Dr. Malani and I am so grateful. She took her time, didn't rush me as I ugly cried, and whimpered non-stop in pain, and managed to give me hope! Hopefully the blood results come in by Friday for a diagnosis so we can set up a treatment plan to get me back to my career and to enjoy my life again! Thank you all so very much! From the front office staff, phlebotomist, and doctor I could not be happier. Each one of you have no idea how much of a positive part you played for someone who had truly almost given up. -Tanya

My husband just had almost a month of near excruciating pain due to the incompetence of Dr Malani and her staff. We were waiting for paperwork from her to get a MRI and we never got it even though we called continuously asking for it. We had to cancel at least 5 imaging appointments because of that. To get any relief at all, we had to go to the emergency room. Please find another rheumatologist and save yourself from this incompetence.

Dr. Malani is very sweet and caring. She listens to you well and is understanding if you want to pursue more natural methods of healing or coping. I will agree that the office is somewhat incompetent. I also had to wait over 2 weeks to get results from something they said would take a few days. Other than that, I am happy with them.

Quite honestly, I was not happy when my sick octogenarian was referred to Dr. Malani by his lung doctor. I thought "oh here we go again, one more specialist to deal with who will require me to drag this sick old man for needless tests every other week. And what exactly does a Rheumatologist do?". To my happy surprise, that has not been the case. Dr. Malani is an incredibly caring doctor who takes into account all the other issues patients have. She has been doing a less invasive treatment plan for my loved one and every other visit is a tele-visit which removes a lot of stress from us. I wish his other doctors were as accomodating.

Dr. Seema Malani is an excellent Rheumatologist. Patient and understanding of your health. Her staff is awesome. I highly recommend this doctor for your RA health.

I went to Dr. Malani based on the good reviews I saw. She was personable and the same evening after my visit, I was asked to rate her. I gave her a good review. What a horrible mistake. Her office is incompetent. I had X-rays done and was told I should hear from her office within 2-3 days, a week later and having left several messages, I still didn’t know. Then I get a call from a orthopedic surgeon to schedule an appt. without knowing what had happened. After trying again I finally get a call & given scant information. Then I tried to refill my prescription which had 1 refill and they wouldn’t call for pre-approval from insurance. Finally got them to address it & they want another appt. even though I’ve been trying for 2 months to get it filled. Not going back. It’s all about the money. Office is deplorable. They don’t answer the phone or call back. Doctor doesn’t really care. Picking my own ortho surgeon. Go elsewhere!! Go elsewhere! Go elsewhere!

She’s a little hard to understand but she really cares about her patients.

Dr. Malani is awesome! Her prescription person is really bad. It's impossible to get a response by phone call. Sometimes my insurance co. has to call to get refills.

Highly recommend Dr. Malani. Shes super attentive and is digging deeper to get me answers. Shes the first physician to truley listen to my concerns.

I have been a patient if Dr. Malani for 2011 . I thank God I found her. After 4 very bad experiences with RA dr I found her. I love the staff very professional. I especially love Ms Joann who administers My monthly infusions. I could not ask for a better place.

Dr Malani is a wonderful, caring doctor. Her nurse is also great. It is her office staff that is not as efficient, mainly her RX person. Caught her in a lie 2xs. Takes 4 days to get a response from her!

Dr. Malani is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had and I’ve seen a lot of doctors. She’s patient, kind, generous, attentive, sweet, and she listens to your needs. She don’t brush you off or rush you for the next patient. She makes going to doctor a lot easier and less frustrating since going to the docto is anything but fun. Her staff is also attentive and kind. I highly recommend her to anyone. Her wait times could be better but when you’re a good doctor you’re bound to have long wait times.

MD Malani is great. She is very informative during your visit and she really cares about you feeling better. Her staff on the other hand is a WHOLE other issue. I had my first appointment on 1/25/2018. I paid my copay no problem. Weeks go by and I don't here anything from the office, I have received my EOB from my insurance so I know they covered the visit and I am owed a reimbursement. It 4/11/2018 and I still have nothing. I'm reporting fraud on her office tomorrow with my bank. Disappointed

Outstanding experience with staff and Dr Malani!

Dr. Malani is without a doubt the best doctor I've ever had. I met her 2 years ago after having dealt with multiple health issues over a period of 6 years or more. My issues were complex , because my bloodwork never reflected just how sick I really was. Other doctors looked only at my lab results, but dr. Malani listened to me, and allowed me to explain the terrible issues I was dealing with. Dr. Malani has given me back quality of life and hope for the future, and I highly recommend her.

Dr.Malani is the best doctor I have ever seen. out of 7 doctors in 3 hospitals , she was the only doctor who knew how to treat me and cure me.

Dr Malani is a caring professional doctor. She's kind and listens to your concerns. She's also very intelligent and on top of her game regarding Rheumatology.. My pain now is nearly nonexistent because of her treatment. A rare jewel in today's fast and furious in and out medicine. She truly cares!

Absolutely love Dr. Malani. She is very caring, and does an awesome job at explaining things. There have been several times where the office has been rude or forgets to call back. Dr. Malani advised me to contact her if a flare up occurs. I called the office & was told that Dr. told her to have me contact my PCP. At my follow up, Dr. had no clue I had even called. In June I called b/c I was in extreme pain. I am still waiting for a call back today. I ended up in the hospital the next wk
