Dr. Cousins took as much time as I needed to answer my questions. He also drew a diagram showing what is going on in my lungs. He was very pleasant and I was glad to see all of his face.

Dr. Cousins Is a very competent, kind, impressively thorough physician. First time seeing, and frankly couldn't believe the level of knowledge, clarity and care exhibited throughout the videocall. Made me feel listened to and interested in in addressing my concerns. I hung-up on the call and said to my spouse, "WOW...what a great physician!"

Dr Cousins was very easy to talk to and explained in detail the results of my sleep study test. As this is the first time for me to have one, he was very reassuring that the therapy would help with my fatigue. Although I was skeptical at first, he was, in fact, spot on in his assessment! I hope he remains with VMFH for a long time.
