Diagnosis
Dr. Stone works for REGIENCE insurance and denies needed medical care, tests, and procedures for patients to save Regence money. HE denied my MRI of my hand that was ordered by 2 Socialists without ever seeing me. He is not an orthopedic surgeon. He is a quack who is out to make big bucks from the insurance company's while refusing needed care for patients. I had to fight Regence to get the needed MRI that showed the torn ligament in my hand I had to endure for 8 months due to this quack!!!

Horrible experience
When I was in er he was asking me questions but didn’t like my answers. He kept cutting me off while I was talking and wasn’t listening. He did figure out what was going on with my chest pain. I later went to MyChart and read his notes. He basically said I would say one thing and change my story later. If he actually listened he would have known that wasn’t true. He wrote saying I said things that I never said about my condition. He makes me wanna puke!

Not impressed
Dr. Stone was not attentive to my young teenage daughter who was in severe pain in the ER. He never saw her when she was in her highest level of pain (a 10) and only came to see her after a nurse gave her a strong pain med (Toradol) to reduce her serious discomfort. At one point he seemed to discredit the amount of pain my daughter was feeling when he suggested that the pain med she was given was "basically just a form of ibuprofen." He asked her how her pain levels were at that time and she responded that the pain was nearly gone because of the meds she had been given. He proceeded to give an arrogant response about how her statement couldn't be true because pain meds don't take away pain--that her body still has pain but just can't feel it. What??? Later, after test results came back normal, he explained he was unable to diagnose the cause of her pain, cleared her from anything life-threatening or surgical that was needed, and gave his release from the ER. I readily accepte

Dr. Stone only spent about a minute in the room with me explaining about my knee, did not have correct information about my fall and was not willing to completely listen to what I had to say, since he talked over me and did not let me finish before he responded. He was even more rude and abrupt when I disagreed with his recommendations and tried to correct him on the misconceptions of his facts on my records. My overall impression was that he did not care to listen or know the facts, or make me feel like I was being heard or cared for in the appropriate manner within the emergency room.
