Dr Francis is a good doctor. His staff is horrible. I waited one month for a procedure to be called on the day of the procedure to be told they couldn’t do it. Less then one hour before and I live more than an hour away. I will NOT be returning to this practice

Fantastic. The office staff was great. Nurses were kind and made you feel comfortable and at ease especially when running tests that tend to be embarrassing (but necessary). Dr. Francis is personable and easy to talk to. I have recommended him to others already.

I really liked Dr. Francis. I did have to wait 90 minutes for my first appointment and that annoys me. But I really liked Dr. Francis and the nurses. My job is around Customer Success (I lead a team of Customer Success Managers) and I saw some things that failed on my scale of customer success. I'm happy to discuss if you want to call. Or maybe it just doesn't matter. BUT I really liked Dr. Francis and felt comfortable with him. My issues are with surgery scheduling and the front office.

Had surgery with another MD the year prior to seeing Dr. Francis. It was a complete waste of time and money. Dr. Francis fixed the problem and Ive had no trouble since the surgery he proformed.
