This is the positive part of the review. Dr. Curzon is a very nice man and a very very good doctor. He demonstrates compassion, care, and good communication skills. Alison Felshaw is a very good Physician's Assistant who also demonstrates these same attributes. If the patient can penetrate the seemingly bulletproof system to get access to medical care the care itself is top notch. While I cannot pinpoint the exact problem, I must connclude that it resides with the front desk. While the workers there present a very pleasant front, the response time is very lengthy, leaving the patient with a sense of indifference toward him or her. Attempts to communicate by phone or text are rarely answered in a timely fashion, Whether a telephone appointment or even merely trying to book an appointment, the response time is unacceptable. The patient, who sits at home waiting desperately for a call to respond to his or her symptoms, feels entirely unimportant. The apparent indifference is alarming.

Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, he is very knowledgeable. He treats you like you are his only patient. If he is not sure of something he knows where to send you to make sure you receive excellent care. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. He is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen

My wife’s family has trusted him for years
It’s no wonder Dr. Curzon is so popular. He’s clearly practiced, knowledgeable but also humble. Does not rush to prescribe medication if that’s not what I want, and takes off unnecessary meds other providers give. My wife’s family has seen him for years, and I plan on going to him for as long as I’m alive. He holds me accountable to my “homework,” but celebrates every little success with me, especially if it’s on my own.

Dr. Curzon is not only a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor, but he is a caring and empathetic person as well. I have several very rare and challenging conditions, which Dr. Curzon took on one by one. He found treatments and solutions, many of which required outside the box thinking. I have recommended and easily can refer him as a doctor.

I like and trust Dr. Curzon and would put up with a fair amount of inconvenience to be able to see him, but be warned. If you are one second past 10 minutes late for an appointment, you may have to reschedule. This is the strictest office I have ever known for "tardiness." My parents-in-law were patients of Dr. Curzon's partner, and at ages 92 and 88 and one of them in a wheelchair, it was extremely difficult to get them anywhere at all. They had no sense of time, so we constantly ran up against the lateness policy. However, it's a great internal medicine practice other than that policy. Dr. Curzon is a very good diagnostician, he does his homework, and he has an easy manner.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience with doctors. Because I have a rare genetic disorder, I am often met with ignorance, and I dread first appointments with a new provider. Dr. Curzon was a very pleasant surprise. He was knowledgeable but still open-minded. He was well-educated and courteous. Several other doctors either refused to work with me because of their ignorance of my condition or tried to mistreat it. Dr. Curzon took care of everything and made it look easy.
