Dr Connor killed my mother
My mother went in walking, talking and independent. They did a brain biopsy on a mass. Dr Connor did not prescribe a steroid to reduce swelling after biopsy. My mom was unconscious for three days and I kept asking why she wasn’t receiving the medicine she needed and the nurses kept saying “we will bring it up with the dr” on 3rd day I screamed and demanded he come down NOW. He was arrogant, rude and demeaning. Told me my mom was like that when she came in and “she has a BRAIN TUMOR obviously she’s going to have SWELLING” he said he was treating the swelling. I said no you’re not bc I’ve checked her chart for the last three days. Five minutes later a nurse came in with steroids. Within an hour my mom woke up but the damage was done. She was never the same. A disease that should’ve killed her within two years ended up killing her in 4 weeks.

If I could give him 0 stars it would be too many
Treated my husband as the hospitalist during my husband’s long hospitalization. Arrogant, rude, condescending and resented my questioning his lack of care.because there was no plan of care. I advocated my husband’s care to the point where he banned me from the hospital for over 10 days. As health care proxy, I was only able to know what was happening to my husband through family members with him in my absence . Had I not eventually demanded he be transferred to Mass General hospital in Boston ,Dr Connor and then Dr Sami would have been responsible for my husband’s demise.

I was admitted to AMC 32 weeks pregnant positive for COVID pneumonia. This was the dr that was on during my stay I did not see him one time. He did not once check on me during my stay and the nurse on my case barely did either to the point I said I could take better care of myself at home.

I just requested another doctor for my brothers care. Arrogant and insensitive. Yelled at me and said “your brother is going to die”. Suppose to be a teaching hospital. I don’t know who is teaching him and I hope he isn’t teaching anyone there.

TERRIBLE DOCTOR. Do not see this man. He does not help or want the best for the patient. He does not listen to anyone but his own opinion. He is awful. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN. Request another doctor if you get him. Refused to speak to me and did not give my family member the best care.

Couldn't be happier. Treated me fairly and with respect. Kept them from doing a bunch of unnecessary tests and got me feeling better and out of the hospital quickly.
