Very arrogant and dismissive of me. Asked if I had GERD then put his hand to his mouth to hide a laugh!! Biopsied tissue in my throat which turned out to be normal and benign. Found this out through a second opinion. Inept and incompetent. Would NEVER recommend this doctor to ANYONE!!!

Dr Carrol saw my wife promptly after she experienced severe dizziness . He was friendly caring and patiently listened to the medical problems my wife had over the last month. When he arrived in the office he had reviewed her chart and was very well versed on her history. He diagnosed her issue, provided a treatment and corrected the problem. We would highly recommend Dr Carrol for anyone with ENT problems .Great Doc, great caring practice...

The offices are nice and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, be prepared to wait at least 30-60 minutes to be seen. Dr Carroll was very dismissive, only stays in the office about 3-5 minutes and I would not take the symptoms I was experiencing seriously. I would not recommend trying to see another ENT first.

Both Dr. Carroll and his assistant, who took my information after I was seated in the room, were very courteous and professional. Dr. Carroll made eye contact, asked questions, and after I offered additional information he asked more questions. He listened to my concerns, offered more information and thoroughly explained everything. Staff were all prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend this physician.

Dr Carroll is so arrogant, doesn't stay with you as a pt not even 5 minutes. Doesn't face you when talks to you. My son was scheduled for tubes surgery, two days before that he got sick, we took him to se dr Carroll again, checkednhim briefly (NOTHING) and just made sure with us that we contact the surgery center if they don't call us. The same night my son start having hives, after we took him to urgent care the Dr there was testing him for strept throat and he was positive. This is who he is.
