Great doctor and human being
Dr. Specter, has been treating my family member for several months and I can't say enough good things about him. He teaches other doctors at UCLA, so he knows his profession inside and out. However,equally important to us is that he is extremely kind, empathetic, sympathetic, and genuinely caring, towards his patients.
