Dr. Zashin and his team are attentive, kind and very thorough. After multiple visits to several different doctors, he was able to quickly diagnose the serionegative RA that has been bothering me -- and eluding diagnosis -- for years. I'm so grateful for his office's time and attention to detail.

He doesn't take any insurance. Period. How does someone who's practice is based largely on arthritis not take Medicare? So much for D Magazine's best doctor.

I have been looking for a doctor that would listen to me and not tell me its in my head. I have been ill for over 35 years. Dr Zashin listened to my problems and immediately started working with me. I have not felt so well in such a longtime. I am getting better everyday because of Dr Zashin. He listens and cares how you feel. He contacts you with tests fast. His staff are amazing and helpful. I have recommended him to my friends and they are getting help also. I can't say enough about Dr Zashin and his nurses and office staff.

If you have an arthritis and you're lucky enough to meet him, then consider yourself a very lucky person. He is brilliant, doesn't miss any detail about your results, pays attention to every little detail, very kind and understanding. Yes, he doesn't accept insurance but it is worth every peny. I have been seeing him since 2017 and I'm feeling great and safe.

Dr. Z has been my Rheumatologist for approximately 15 years. He is compassionate, kind, brilliant, thorough and a great listener. One of the hallmarks of a great provider is staff retention as well as respect for the patient’s time. Many of Dr. Zashin’s employees have been with him for two plus decades. The nurses work well together and as a patient I have never felt rushed. It is not unusual for Dr. Z to call to check on his patients. Highly recommend!

I pay out of pocket... And it's expensive... But I would pay double if I had to. Not only is Dr Zashin intelligent and empathetic, but he has come up with new treatment options that no other Rheumatologist thought of... He's a God send. Highly recommend.

Dr ZAshin and his staff honestly care about their patient. He listens, is observant and is honest with his feedback. He understands the chronic issues, pain and problems of an autoimmune disorder and when that spills over into another areas, he doesn't hesitate to refer you to a doctor that can best address that. He has never let me down in the 19 years I have been his patient. I trust him with my life.

Brilliant MD and a lovely human being. Your concerns are heard EVERY single time, and there is a plan of action for your care that is followed to resolution. Imagine if every provider approached your care like this. Dr Z and his staff are the rarest healthcare team because insurance/ pharm co. are not driving your treatment He will not allow it. I am a patient and a nurse and this is a FACT that one is receiving the highest level of care when you enter his office. Grateful every day single day.
