Dr. Scott Wyman, MD

I saw Wyman during my pregnancy. Nearing the end I asked his nurse if she believed he would attend my birth even if he wasn't on call. She with some disturbing humor stated he would especially if the two female providers he worked with were covering as he didn't trust them. When I asked what she ment she said he describes their skills ' somewhere between incompetence and dangerous'. Adding a healthy laugh. Like anyone would find this amusing. I left stunned, bewildered and obviously concerned. Still feeling he promised me he'd be there I wasn't too concerned. Only when I went into labor was I scarred as he wasn't there and I suppose one of he didn't trust was!! I pleaded with the nurse to call him only be told he wasn't available. Luckily everything turned out ok for me and my baby. Promises lost

My wife and I have had challenges conceiving and had hopes that Dr. Wyman would be able to help us. Initially, Dr. Wyman showed to be knowledgeable and empathetic, but had challenges with unreturned calls, missed orders for medication, scheduling challenges, etc. After an appointment determined my wife required surgery, which was scheduled months out, we decided to get a second opinion. Something that is very common and that my wife has every right to obtain to advocate for her own health. After Dr. Wyman’s office received a records request, Dr. Wyman wrote my wife a message of his disappointment. She returned his message explaining that she was not transferring care and still planned to undergo surgery. We then received a call from his office informing that he had cancelled my wife’s surgery. Doing so without consulting her or explaining why. Cancelling surgery because my wife exercised her rights in obtaining a second opinion was unprofessional, poor practice, and unethical.

I saw him for my first pregnancy. Approaching delivery date I bacame very ill. Feeling poorly I went to hospital and was told I had preeclampsia. Dr Wyman informed me I would need to be delivered. My and my babies recovery were difficult. I was told by my nurse Dr Wyman should have known I was sick sooner. I learned he should have been checking my urine at each visit for signs of preeclampsia. I have since learned from others to they have had similar outcomes. Why doesn't he do that? My baby and I suffered because of his negligence.

My previous review denied as it was too candid. Suffice to say i was disturbed by his behavior toward my children and I wouldn't trust him.

Doctor Wyman was chosen after a terrible experience with another doctor. He listened to concerns, helped me feel calm and is very smart, empathetic and diligent. Be was in communication with the nurses my whole labor (20 hours) and visited us after with a sweet gift. I love going into his office to see him and his sweet nurses. I am so so glad he is my doctor and I know anyone who had him would have a great experience!

Doctor was fantastic his nurses are worthless though. Had several bad experiences with nurses.

Dr. Wyman is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’m so lucky I had him through my complicated pregnancy. He is so kind and felt like my friend my whole pregnancy. He really loves his work and bringing babies into the world. Could not recommend him enough! Thanks, Dr. Wyman! :)

I cannot begin to explain how intelligent, thoughtful, and kind this man is. After going through 3 different OB-Gyns during my first pregnancy, I stuck with Dr Wyman and never regretted it once. He genuinely cares about your well being and is so patient with answering all questions or concerns. He made me feel understood, safe, and well cared for during my entire pregnancy through delivery. The wonderful care I received is something I am so extremely thankful for. THANK YOU, Dr Wyman.

Dr. Wyman and his staff took excellent care of myself and both kiddos during my pregnancies. (Currently pregnant) He saved my 1st child during my 1st delivery, that we’re due to sudden complications. He is a wonderful Dr.

I am pregnant with my 4th child and I wish I had been able to have Dr. Wyman for every birth! He is so caring, thoughtful, great bed side manner and I couldn't ask for a better doctor to care for my pregnancy. His nurse is amazing too!
