I had 6 teeth extracted
He was very kind, always showed concern for my comfort. Explained what he was doing. Would highly recommend.

Rude and impatient
Swearing in the hallway about the patient before me for having a temporary thing in their mouth and saying it's not even his patient to see. Then starts talking about me before even walking into the room. Made me wait a hour in their office for a consultation and then treated me like I was the biggest pain in his behind. When I called him out when he walked into the room I said you don't have to sedate me but I don't know how I will do. He threw his hands up and said okay okay okay. You can be sedated if you want to. Then why freak out in the hallway about it and then when you are called out you act like you never said a thing. How can I trust you when I'm sedated when you act like that with patients? Maybe you had a bad day Mr. Woodbury but that still is no way to walk around the clinic. I won't be doing my procedure here with your company. I'll pick anywhere else and I let my regular dentist know. Debating on reporting to the dental board esp after paying 110 for a consultation.

Fabulous bedside manner
My daughter has special needs, and the care, concern and gentleness he showed her was top notch. He went out of his way to make this as easy as possible for her, and was very thorough.

I would leave less than 1 star, but it won't let me. Initial visit was great. Funny guy, very personable. Day of surgery-Mr Hyde. Was told I could be in the room-by him during the initial visit. Specifically said "you will be sitting right there, Mom, don't worry". Day of-nurses wouldn't let me in there. He came into the lobby and instead of saying something like "I'm sorry, there was a misunderstanding" he was a complete jerk, said that I was wrong, and he just put my daughter under the anesthesia but he could take her out and we could leave. Before this, he told my 19 year old, that he was having a rough, long week and just wanted to go shopping but couldn't because he had 2 emergency patients coming in. One was a pregnant mother and the other broke their jaw. Really? My 19 year old had to hear this? I should have told him I wanted my $2000.00 back and left. I have 2 more children that need their wisdom teeth removed. Guess where I'm NOT going?

Wait time is very long. One hour wait is not unusual
