Dr. Weiss performed surgery in Feb 2020 to fix a neuroma & place an implant in my big toe to relieve arthritis pain. I’m active, and these conditions caused pain after a long hike or when wearing ski boots. I was told the arthritis in my toe would get worse over the years without the implant. Dr. Weiss highly recommended these procedures, which he said he had done many times with good results. After the surgery, Dr. Weiss told my husband and me that the surgery went well and was a “textbook” case. I expected to have 1-2 follow-up visits over the next few weeks, followed by 2-3 months of PT. PT was affected by COVID, but my husband assisted me in doing the exercises at home, which continue to this day. After 14 months, I'm in pain everyday regardless of how much I walk or hike. Dr. Weiss says I’m the rare outlier with continued problems. He’s a nice guy with good bedside manner, but I did not get a good outcome and feel I will never be able to do as much as I could before surgery.

This guy is a joke! Stay away. He won’t treat the problem just wants repeat business. I saw him for over half a year every week for a blister. Finally got fed up went to a real Dr in Greenwich and she cured me in two weeks. Save your time and money go anywhere else!

False upfront information about costs, intransparent billing, not calling back. This was for a simple toe nail fungus visit, which cost me a fortune (visit, clipping off a little piece of the nail and labor tests for blood and nail piece). Would not do it again if I would have known all the facts. Staff was not helpful either despite multiple calls. Truly feel being ripped off.

Please stay away. He was my parent’s doctor, and it was the worst mistake we have ever made. Honestly, I do not say this all lightly. If you or someone you love needs surgery, please go to someone else. The damage he did is irreversible and I do not wish this on anyone else. We had to learn the hard way that he is an incompetent doctor, and his fragile ego unfortunately makes him a cruel one, too. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! My advice, stay away from this con-artist clown of a Dr. and his uncaring, lazy, backward office, or you too will be subject to a nightmare. I wish this box had more characters available so I could let people know my story and how unprofessional and incompetent his office.
