I had an appointment with Dr Warren in Hayward on 3/4/21, a referral for my hands, which included a cyst on my index finger, and likely a gillette type aggravation in both wrists and thumbs. I was told check in time was 11:50, I was there promptly at 11:43 to check in, imagine my surprise to discover that the appointment was listed as 11:30 am, which again was NOT the time I was given when the appointment was made one week to the day earlier. Okay, allowing them the benefit of the doubt, which I don't, but for sake of this damning critique I will allow them that, lets say the appointment was 11:30 am, I was just 13 minutes passed that time, and I was told sorry, no appointment for you today, you'll need to reschedule because the good doctor has left the building!!! So, I never really had an in person experience with Dr Warren, and you know what, I'm never going to either..... I will not be going back to see this man.....

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Warren?
I had a simple knee arthroscopy with Dr. Warren earlier this year. The hospital literature I was sent home with indicated I should be on crutches for 2-7 days following surgery. I was still needing crutches 2 weeks and then 3 months after the procedure (at this point, my need was feeling worse than before the surgery). Dr. Warren was very dismissive and didn't seem at all concerned. Now (6 months after surgery), 2 second opinions, and another MRI later, I learned that the defect in my meniscus was not corrected. The pre and post surgical MRIs look much the same, and that the surgery that I received never could have fixed the problem in the first place. Dr Warren failed to tell me about the cartilage defect in my knee, performed an unnecessary surgery (at best), and dismissed me when I complained about ongoing pain. If Dr. Warren was incapable of performing the necessary surgury, he should have referred me to someone who was.
