Horrible Staff
I was trying to book an new patient appointment for my 2 children and hands down rudest office I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. They were annoyed with simple questions and unhelpful. From their incompetent billing 'Supervisor' Susan Park to the office supervisor Eileen Garcia. I was the farthest thing from rude, and was asking simple questions. Susan several times muttered under her breath 'She can't do this' when asked for simple information to verify my own insurance for the office. I was also told by Ms. Susan that it doesn't matter who I see when I was specifically requesting Dr Scott Stivrek. I have no opinion of the Dr as I didn't get to actually book an appointment but from working in a Doctors office if his staff is any reflection of him I dodged a bullet. Stay far far far away from this facility and the staff should be ashamed of their customer service. You are in healthcare, if you don't want to help people QUIT!!

Dr. Svitek has been a blessing to my family and me. After an unspeakable tragedy he has been more than a Doctor to my children and me. We thank you and your staff for all you've done for us !

Dr. Svitek makes going to the doctor so comfortable for my sons. He is very thorough and talks directly to them to best understand how they feel. Very happy to have him as our pediatrician!!
