The office is very well run. What they promise they deliver. Instructions are very well thought out. The Doctor listens and respond clearly. The nursing staff is kind and thoughtful.

Scheduling was easy. Everything was explained clearly and my questions were answered during a phone interview. During the prep and after, Jason and Lucy were personable, respectful, attentive and well-coordinated in their roles. Dr. Schwartz made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I appreciated that Kelly called the next morning to see how I was doing and see if I had any questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone needed a procedure like this.

From the initial phone calls, office counter staff, and nurse staff a tone of welcoming and professionalism was met at every step. Dr. Schwatrz was open to answer all questions and concerns with patience and assurance of complete understanding. He was readily accessible and knowledgeable of updated medical referral information and forwarded records from my other associated physicians whether upon a phone call inquiry, or, at the day of my procedure. Overall, very professional, thorough, and caring.

He has a very busy practice so it took a few months to get an appointment. If you're getting a PAE. The staff is very professional and do a nice job working with you. He does so many PAE procedures that he is very efficient.
