I came for a single procedure for Ross to remove sun spots. I declined his offer to do a partial or full body scan. He was aware that this was limited to facial removal at a cost of $335. He later submitted a bill for an additional $225 which my insurance company paid and. is now seeking it's return for the above reason.

Dr Ross and his team are professional and caring. I was so worried about scaring. If you need stitches, this is the place to go. Dr Ross excels in this area. I'm so pleased with his work. This is my go-to dermatologist now!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Ross at Naples Dermatology for over 30 years and have received excellent care by Dr. Ross and his entire staff. I have experienced all three kinds of skin cancer. I whole heartedly believe that under Dr. Ross's expertise care I have survived these diagnoses, procedures and surgeries and am living a good and productive life. His knowledge and skill set make me feel confident in the care I receive there. From a regular appt. through biopsies, scrapings, surgery and stitches removal the care has been exceptional. He and his staff are personable, make you feel comfortable and are genuine in their concern for your wellbeing. Dr. Ross provided above and beyond excellent care for my wife’s lip cancer. He preformed many Mohs surgergical procedures to maintain the profile and anatomy of the lower lip to finally remove the squamous cell carcinoma totally. He coordinated the wound closure with a plastic surgeon and after healing, it appears she never had anything done.

I was treated for a complex major skin problem on the side of my face.I did not want a skin graft and challenging problem was addressed over a six month period.I cannot say enough about the fabulous treatment that I received from a consummate professional.

Dr Ross is a pleasure. After my first appointment with him he was able to do six biopsies and diagnosed me with two basal cell carcinomas and a squamous cell that was missed. Dr. Ross also injected a large scar on my chest from a previous melanoma surgery and relieved tightness , inflammation and pain and improved the appearance of the scar. All of this was overlooked by my previous dermatologist. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross .

Friendly staff. appointments are well-scheduled, very little wait time at office; Dr. Ross & staff are most pleasant. He pays attention to questions & answers in detail but doesn't waste time, very efficient. I have been a patient for many years and find no problems with appt. sched., wait time, etc! I have recommended him to friends.

Accommodating staff, thorough exam and treatment. Visiting from out of sate and was able to schedule an appointment within one week of calling. PA answered my questions and Dr. Ross was friendly and took sufficient time to review the finding. Recommend Dr. Ross and staff.

I HAVE HAD A LOT OF SKIN CANCERS OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE VISITED SEVERAL DIFFERENT DERMATOLOGISTS. WITHOUT A DOUBT.....DR. ROSS IS THE FINEST DOCTOR THAT HAS EVER TREATED ME. DR. ROSS DID TWO MOHS PROCEDURES....THEY WERE COMPLETELYL PAINLESS AND THE STITCHES WERE SO FINE THAT THE SCAR IS ALMOST NONEXISTANT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. ROSS!! IN ADDITION, DR. ROSS IS A "GOOD GUY" WITH A DELIGHTFUL PERSONALITY. HIS STAFF COMPLIMENTS HIS EXPERTISE BY BEING EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

On my first visit he gave me a cursory exam. I’m extremely disappointed with everything. He prescribed a cream for my rosacea that’s obsolete. First visit is the last.

I had a mole on my nose and Dr Ross checked it out. He made it look better for me and had it checked to be sure it was okay but told me before he took it off that he thought it was benign-and it was. I thought his fee was low and he seems to really care about his patients. He looked me all over and said everything was fine and gave me some sunscreen samples and didn’t try to sell me anything.

Dr. Ross was very thorough and attentive. Dr. Ross spent time with me to make sure he addressed all of my concerns. Unlike most doctors I go to, I actually saw Dr. Ross, not his PA. He found one spot, that I would have never guessed was a problem, and he did a biopsy. When the results came back, I was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma. Within a week, he performed MOHS surgery and completely removed the cancer. The scar on my forehead is barely noticeable. I recommend everyone to schedule an appointment with him if you want a complete exam for skin cancer.

New to the area. Very disappointing. What a waist of time. I have been going to dermatologist for 30 yrs. Always had doctors who were seriously interested in giving my body a good exam, since I have had skin cancers over the years. He asked if I had any issues. I pointed out one, he said it was nothing, but agreed to remove it.Came back negative. I has grown back and is painful when touched. As a new patient, I thought he would exam my body. He barely looked at it. When I questioned him about doing it, he said he saw it when I got on the table. Met someone who also went there, She said her first visit was the last one. I totally agreed with her. Just in it for the money, because he sure is not interested in helping people. I was so disappointed during the visit, I forgot to ask about several growths around the cheekbone toward the eye. I felt he had a total lack of interest in my well being. When I find someone else to go to, I'll write another review as an update.

Doctor Ross is superb. I have had many procedures done before coming to Naples by highly skilled physicians and Dr. Ross is as talented as any doctors I have seen before. He is on time and friendly. I highly recommend his practice.
