Dr. Richins was excellent at asking questions & explaining what he was going to use for my husband’s procedure. Dr. Richins then remembered that he was the anesthesiologist for another Dr. that my husband had 5 wks ago. That was a great confidence builder for us. Thank you!

Great Doctor. Explained everything in detail. Very personable and a pleasure to talk with. He made me feel very comfortable with my surgery. He made two follow ups with me after surgery checking on me. I have never had an anesthesiologist follow up with me once. Let alone twice. I definitely recommend.

I was assigned Dr. Richins by chance by the hospital. Totally lucked out. What a wonderful and compassionate provider. I have had issues with the past with anesthetics, he listened to my fears and explained how he was going to ensure none of these things happened in my TKR. Great bedside manner. Can't say enough good things about him. Would request him for any future surgery.
