Dr. Reed is uncaring Arroogant and money first kind of Doctor, as a care giver for an elderly lady in the Silver valley. We were heading in to get an Annual Flu shot..afer said elderly patient on oxygen was hung up on while sitting in the front seat of our vehicle I then called the office from my phone connected to our car. And was told Dr. Reed had dropped this lady because she asked to reschedule her appointment due to covid. Which my wife and I were also involved in. Do not expect anything more than marginal care. This individual put Dollars before patients. There are much better Doctors in our area .

Dr. Reed help me so much. Unlike the other doctor in Kellogg who forgot that the first thing a doctor should do is listen to his /HER patient. He's genuinely listen to me and cared about my conditions. You referred me to an excellent podiatrist who he trusted. All the staff are polite courteous and patient. I love all you guys thank you for taking care of me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reed for approximately six months. Being a former patient of Heritage Health, I had forgotten what a caring Doctor and staff where like! The office staff is friendly, kind and sympathetic; hardly rude or aloof. With each visit, I am treated with dignity and compassion; not with an accusatory demeanor which greeted me at Heritage Health. Dr. Reed listened to my concerns; actually read my history and has been instrumental in my recovery efforts. Thank you Doctor!

Paid over $100 for my only doctor appointment I'll ever make at Mountain view & Janet the secretary was very cranky & unwelcoming. Waited less than 10 mins to see Dr Reed for Flu related/Stomach bug only to told to get a flu shot & he STRONGLY pushed Zoloft for no reason at all? Do he get commission for every person he writes a script for!? Worse after I get my anti bots he tells me he needs to randomly drug test me?Why!? I have a flu not asking for narco! Nor did I mention it!I'll never go back

The staff are the most unkind human beings that I have ever encountered. No compassion. No understanding.
