Dr. Scott Primack: when I asked the doctor what was causing the pain in my hamstring - he stated “I don’t know maybe you have CANCER”,… Then he ended our care - never being SMART ENOUGH to understand basic muscle ligament medicine - at least he admitted he didn’t understand…. Prior to belittling and terrifying the patient.

Sadly, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. He was angry when I could not complete a test due to pain, and it ended up with him yelling and being very mean. His intentions are clearly not to help people, as he threw the device down stormed out of the room after deciding the test wasn’t not working. We went on to another test, and the discussion afterwards was incredibly rude, and demeaning. I truly find his behavior bordering on abusive.

Dr. Primack listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He provided a comprehensive evaluation and was able to assist the treatment team in diagnosing a complicated and rare condition. He is knowledgeable and caring. The office staff at CROM were terrible. They were unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge of how to run an office and assist patients. I called the office manager to complain and had to leave a message. She never bothered to call me back. If I didn’t like Dr. Primack so much, I never would have set foot in CROM again.

Dr. Primack listened to my issues, and knew right away what was going on with my leg when no one else did. He sent me to the right specialists to do testing and has me on the right track for future healing! Would definitely recommend him!

Not an advocate for the patient & will lie to save his poor relationship with insurance companies. Overcharges & gives barbaric tests that have not been used in years. He is not up to date in current medicine nor does he have the patient's best interest in mind. Just his wallet.

Please be aware that there is a $200.00 charge for a psychological test that they may ask you to do on a tablet. I asked why I was doing a 'psych' test in a DO's office. The front desk staff said, Dr. Primack requested it. There was no mention of a fee, which is unethical. You can refuse to do it, of course.

Get a lawyer if you have a work related injury. They will send you here from all across Colorado in order to write you off. My report was inaccurate, containing words I clearly never said. Most of the visit was psychological testing on a tablet.

Liar! To begin Primack did not review my records. He told me to take vitamins and that I was at MMI. He also said there was NOTHING wrong with me. I have very serious condition that took surgery to correct. if he has a positive review he probably left it for himself! He is notorious with lawyers, and the medical professional of swindling claimants out of the care they need so that he can be bonused by the big insurance companies that pay him to lie. It's awful that a doctor would lie for gain.

This doctor is top drawer in my book. He has helped me when no other doctors could or would. Scott and I now have a long history of over 17 years. He is one smart dude, along with being fun. I probably owe my present well being and existence to him.. Thank you. Rex
