Dr. Scott Partridge, MD

Dr Partridge is amazing, I have been with him since he and Dr Goodman had their private practice. However the MomDoc millennial office staff leave much to be desired with their faces in their Ipads clearly unable to review a patients chart. I do HRT which requires blood draws every 6 months, I schedule every next Dr appointment 6 months in advance , knowing I need to pop into the office 1-2 weeks prior for a blood draw to ensure my labs are ready for my visit and every 6 months its a chore to get this accomplished without the staff telling me I need to make another apt, to get the lab orders for the already set up apt I have, to review the labs that I am instructed (by my DR) to have completed prior to my standing apt. Every 6 months I go through this, and every time I advise to contact my Dr and every 6 months I am sitting in the office debating with staff for an hour. Sometimes I am met with an apology by a Triage staff, other times the staff are just standoffish and rude.
